I’ve recently begun tracking my progress using RockPeaks and trying to develop my climbing abilities, but I don’t know how to maximize my training program based on the information that I’m obtaining from the app. I’m concentrating primarily on bouldering and sport climbing, and I would like to increase both strength and endurance.

How do you all usually organize your training on the platform? Are there certain metrics that I should be paying attention to, such as power-to-weight ratio or finger strength? And does RockPeaks have any features or programs that can track my progress and recommend areas of improvement based on my data?
I’ve been using the app for about a month now and feel like I’m making progress, but I’m unsure if I’m targeting the right areas for my climbing goals. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
